Services and transactions

In order to facilitate the management of some of the calls for applications managed by the AGAUR, applications should be processed electronically, either via the Internet by sending a form in PDF format, or else by the Services and transactions portal of the Autonomous Government of Catalonia.

Electronic transmission of the application

Applicants will find the form for submitting an application for a grant or scholarship on the website of the corresponding call for applications. Completing, saving and sending the data on the application form requires using Adobe Reader version 8.0.0 or later.

The following steps are involved in submitting the application:

1. Complete the form properly. The form can be saved (using the menu File-Save) and then closed to continue filling it in later.

2. Once the form has been completed and validated you can submit it by pressing the "Submit form" button (you must be connected to the Internet).

3. The receipt will contain the data of the “ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION” (number, date and time it was registered). This is the proof that you submitted the application properly.

Advantages of submitting applications by the Internet

You do not have to travel: you can submit the application from your own home.

No timetable restrictions: you can apply for the scholarship or grant 24 hours a day, provided that the term is still open. You are nevertheless advised not to wait until the last moment, as a possible technical difficulty might prevent you from submitting your application.

What calls for applications can be submitted electronically?

ARCS Grants for the organisation of congresses, symposia, conference and seminar cycles of particular scientific, social, humanistic and technological relevance organised in Catalonia.
BE Scholarships and grants for research stays outside Catalonia.
MQD Grants for the funding of projects to improve teaching quality in universities in Catalonia.
