• To be registered in Catalonia.

• To have rents, of any nature, equal or inferior in annual calculation to the at the minimum interprofessional wages or, if this limit is overcome, to have a quotient between the annual rents and the number of minor persons and incapacitated to its charge, equal or minor at half of the at the minimum interprofessional wages.

• Not to have public sanitary protection for another way.

How to access to it?

They have to go to the center of attention primary (CAP) to fill the individual Request form of recognition upward to the public sanitary assistance, and to attach the following documentation:

• Census of the town council.

• Photocopy of the Spanish Identity Card DNI or Foreigner’s Identity Card, photocopy of the NIE or photocopy of the passport, if it is about a person senior of 14 years.

• Photocopy of the book of family, if it is about a person under age.

• Document of the Social Security in the case that you have number.

• Income Tax Return of the physical persons (IRPF) of the last exercise.

• In the event of decrease superior to 33%, has to present a certificate of the competent organs (Instituto Catalán de Asistencia y Servicios Sociales -ICASS-), where the decrease is proved or the disability card.

If they are from the European Union, the European Economic Space or other countries with bilateral agreement, they will have to give a document issued by competent entity of the country of origin in which it is indicated that does not have public or private sanitary coverage and that, therefore, can not accredit with a European sanitary card or corresponding form can not be proved with a sanitary card.

In the CAP they will verify if all requirements are fulfilled for receiving the sanitary assistance and they will transact the request in the CatSalut, which will edit the individual sanitary card, if it is proper.
