Does the CAP offer emergency services? |

If you require medical attention outside the regular opening hours of your CAP, you should go to the nearest continuous attention centre (CAC). CA centres provide primary health care 24 hours a day.
You can also telephone 061, the service that centralises all emergencies.

| How do I make an appointment? |

· Call the CAP and ask to see a doctor.
· If your CAP belongs to the Institut Català de la Salut (ICS),
you can schedule visits over the internet: www.gencat.cat/ics/usuaris/visites.htm

Can I get a doctor to make a home visit? |

· You can request a home visit (by calling your CAP or 061), if your health is such that you cannot get to your CAP.
