OCATT’s handling of personal data.
In accordance with Organic Law 15 of 13 December 1999 on personal-data protection (LOPD, Official State Gazette no. 298 of 14 December 1999), data supplied by users are included in computer files that are processed exclusively with the aim described in each case. The data are collected through the corresponding forms, which contain only the fields required to provide the service requested by users.
Personal data are handled with the appropriate degree of protection in accordance with Royal Decree 994 of 11 June 1999, and the necessary security measures are taken to prevent them from being altered, lost, treated or accessed without authorisation by third parties that could use them for purposes other than those for which they were requested from users.
In the event that it is considered advantageous to transfer personal data to other organisations, users shall be explicitly informed of the purpose of the file, the data transferred, and the name and address of the party transferring the data, so that they may give their full consent.
Finally, users may exercise their right to oppose, access, correct and cancel said data, in fulfilment of the provisions of the LOPD, or may submit queries or personal comments on the subject by sending an email to ocatt@catsalut.net or a letter to:
