Student Accounting Association

The Accounting Association is a student-run organization, which sponsors a wide range of accounting-oriented programs, lectures, and workshops in order to assist students in bridging the gap between the theory of the classroom and the reality of accounting practice.

Outside speakers representing diverse accounting backgrounds participate in on-campus programs to assist accounting majors in their career decisions. The association is a student affiliate group of The Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and conducts many joint activities with the Southeastern Massachusetts Chapter of the IMA.
