Currently, the majority of European countries are working towards the
construction of the European Higher Education Area, which will lead
to the adoption of a system of comparable university qualifications
that will facilitate student mobility. There are different exchange
programmes that facilitate transnational cooperation between universities,
enhance the quality of higher education and provide academic and professional
benefits and contribute to personal development. Within the framework
of these exchange programmes, many young people form different places
study all or some of their higher education in a foreign European country.
