Pre-enrolment process The University Pre-Enrolment process is a coordinated system for distribution of university places and ensures equal conditions for students entering the first year of any university course - whether official courses, approved courses or non-regulated "títols propis". To enter first year studies in any of the seven Catalan public universities or the University of Vic, candidates must complete the Pre-Enrolment process.
