Allocation system

Students can check the allocation of places via Internet.

Once a place has been allocated, students must officially register at the centre they have been allocated to within the period set.

Places are allocated according to a set distribution among the various entrance pathways:

  • A minimum of 83% of first and second cycle programme places and the Graduate studies, and 64% of first cycle places are reserved for students from PAU and recognised equivalents (pathways 0 and 7).
  • The 25% of places in first cycle programmes are reserved for graduates of FP2, Advanced Training Cycles and recognised
equivalents (pathways 4 and 8). These students can be admitted to the branch or specialisation corresponding to the studies they
have completed. For first and second cycle programmes and for Graduate studies, 10% of places are reserved for these students.
  • Up to 3% of places in all programmes are reserved for holders of bachelor's degrees or university diplomas, and recognised
    equivalents (pathway 2).
  • 1% of places at university are reserved for foreign students who have passed the PAU in the current academic year or the previous
one, and who can demonstrate that there is a reciprocal agreement for university studies in effect between Spain state and their
    country of origin (pathway 1).
  • Students who have passed COU but not PAU (pathway 5) can only be admitted to first cycle studies in September provided that
there are unfilled places after allocation to students who have completed the PAU.
Students who have completed the second year of Batxillerat LOGSE cannot be admitted to university studies without having first
    passed the PAU.
  • Up to 3% of the places in each equivalent study programme are reserved for students who have passed the entrance
exam for the over 25s (pathway 9) .
