Service by telephone via the 012 line, welcoming guide and useful information for immigrants

This telephone information service on immigration on the 012 line will provide information to all citizens regarding questions related to immigration, including those that are of a direct competence of the Government, and others of a more general scope.

Initially, the timetable of attention will be of eight continuous hours, from 9:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

• Residency authorizations and residence and work authorizations; Initial, modifications and renewals
• Family regrouping
• Forms of social, labour or family settlement
• Applications for asylum and refuge

• Town council census enrolment
• Access to the Catalan education system
• Public health
• Housing in public promotions
• Family mediation
• Collective associations of immigrants
• Attention to immigrant minors without family relatives
• Immigrant women
• Linguistic reception and courses in Catalan.
